Whether you are new to swimming or wish to improve stamina and technique our gentle one – to – one classes will help to maximise your learning.
Classes will help you to understand how the human swimmer reacts in water and how to find balance and ease when swimming.
With improved technique your swimming will become more comfortable leading to greater speed and efficiency.
Classes are 45 minutes in length and include video clips where appropriate and a personalised practise plan for you to work through.
